After the first payment, we schedule a call with the mentee and I give them their first assignments.
Together, we:

• Write the first emails and create a CV and university application document
• Refine the CV until it is as strong as possible
• Discuss ways to improve and strengthen the overall profile
• Look for internships, extracurricular activities, competitions, and other opportunities to make the application more competitive
• Select potential recommenders and discuss how they can contribute to strengthening the profile
• Prepare three recommendation letters
• Research universities and scholarships that match the mentee’s goals and background
• Start communicating with universities and admission offices. In many cases, universities also invite students to online meetings or calls
• Write the motivation letter
• Create a portfolio, if required
• Return to the CV and finalize it based on the completed application materials

Throughout the process, we continue communicating with universities to make the final decision on the countries, universities, and programs to apply to.
Then we submit the applications, wait for the results, and once offers are received, move on to the visa application process.
If a mentee is applying in multiple countries or for several different study directions, the entire process is carried out for each direction separately.

You do. I edit, refine, and polish everything until it’s as strong as possible, but I need your ideas, experiences, and personal spark to make the documents truly yours.
A major advantage is that I have a background in journalism, work in the field, and am also a writer. This gives me a strong understanding of storytelling and how to present a candidate’s profile in a compelling way. I’ve successfully helped my students — as well as myself - secure full funding multiple times. There have also been a few rare cases when I wrote the documents myself.

There are students who decided to postpone their applications for a year due to personal reasons.
But as for students who neither got admitted nor received any funding — thankfully, none so far!

Yes, it’s possible — but only a very small percentage of universities accept applications without a language certificate. In practice, universities with this option rarely offer full funding.
In the worst-case scenario, you may be required to take a language test after arriving on campus. My advice: take the required language exam at least 2 months before submitting your applications.

According to the agreement, the mentorship continues until you get admitted.
If you don’t get admitted this year for any reason - for example, you decide to postpone your application due to family circumstances, change your career plans and need more time, or simply don’t get admitted - I will continue helping you the following year at no additional cost. We just need to discuss in advance when you plan to resume the process. Usually, we complete the document preparation, university research, and application strategy within 3–4 months, but in some cases, the process can take 5–6 months depending on the situation.

No. I cannot guarantee admission or full funding because I am not an employee of a university or any organization that provides scholarships or financial aid.
Funding opportunities change every year - some universities offer more funding, while others reduce or discontinue it. New programs and scholarships can also open, while existing ones may close. My role is to help you build the strongest possible application, identify the most suitable opportunities, and maximize your chances - but the final decision is always made by the university or scholarship committee.
